Interactive Sculpture

All Seeing Mushroom

The All Seeing Mushroom is a 6-foot, interactive, animatronic sculpture funded, in part, with a grant from the Nevada Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts. The Mushroom answers questions from visitors, sharing a wide variety of quotes from philosophers, writers, scientists, activists, and the like from many time periods and places. The Mushroom is currently located at the Lee Lanier Paints Art Gallery but will be made available to other galleries and public institutions. The sculpture is based on a small painting “Eye See Everything,” which was sold in 2024.

Mr. Fish

Mr. Fish is happy to speak about the sundries of art when you press his button. He is based on the painting “Still Life with Mr. Fish,” painted in 2023 and sold at Surreal Salon 16 in 2024. He is located at the Lee Lanier Paints Art Gallery.
